Time for Confessions, Heart Eyes and Quite a Bit of Screaming: Book Boyfriends

*sigh* Hello, you wonderful person 😍 It’s time for some serious swooning, quite a (big) bit of SCREAMING and a bowl of ‘😍’ cereals because this week’s Top Ten Tuesday just CALLS to me ♥ It’s a fact that authors are the best at creating characters that will rip hearts to tiny little pieces, incinerate them and scatter the ashes everywhere.

What can I say ? What CAN someone say about Chaol ? Shhhh, no spoilers though, I haven’t read Empire of Storms yet. I’m gonna reread the series. Also, I admit it’s not fair I put him here because It’s been years since I read the series and I kinda forgot where he fits on my crush spectrum, but I know he’s there ❤

*sings on the tune of Beethoven’s 9th Symphony* Daaaarrow Daaarrow Daarrow Darrow Darrow Darrow Daaaaaaaa-RRoooooow ~ Again, what can I say, all along the series I was crushing hard on Darrow. Also Sevro. A lot. A whole lot.

I just… No. Kvothe is love, Kvothe is life. Kvothe is smarts and sass and talent and everything. But not Mary-Sue, OH nope. I thought that’d be the case before I read the book, but it SO wasn’t.

I have this habit of absolutely adoring characters who aren’t MCs (side characters ? this weirdly feels like I’m saying side dish, but don’t go, I don’t eat people, I swear !) but OMG MAVEEEN !!! *screams*

1. Minho from The Maze Runner
Whenever I feel weak I remember how brave and how strong Minho is. To him fighting for your piece of life is the obvious choice. All through the series you see how he’s the pillar that keeps the main trio together, he is the glue. You can always rely on him for a healthy dose of sarcasm, Glader-style foul language and a strong presence who’s got your back no matter what 💙
