10 Books On My TBR with Circles On The Cover

If you didn’t know ( Because I sure didn’t until this morning ), November 2 is ‘Look for Circles Day’ where everyone who has no better things to do is supposed to honor circles by paying attention to them everywhere. So because because I have no better things to do (read: no better things that I wanna do xD ) I went ahead and picked out 10 books from my TBR with circles on the cover ! Once you notice the pattern is starts to feel like there’s a new world order with some sort of circle as a symbol pushing publishers to put out more and more books with circles on the cover… Conspiracy theories aside though, take a look at ’em and you’ll feel as weird as I do XD

1. Odd and True by Cat Winters

I LOVE this cover, the background feels as if it came out of a Tim Burton Movie. You just can’t ignore that big O in ‘Odd’ xD It’s a circle, so it counts to me ! There’s still the moon up there on the left, so it counts too.

2. Eon by Alison Goodman

Again with the noticeable O in the title, but at this point I feel like if I choose any more covers like this this blog post should be titled ‘books with O in the title’ so I’ll stop, I promise XD

3. Zero Repeat Forever by G.S Prendergast

Now THIS is a proper circle ! I’ve been hyped about this books since before its release, which wasn’t very long ago, but I still haven’t read it. I’m SO busy so I’m reading at half the speed a snail goes, but it’s okay it’s okay I’ll get to it *sobs softly to herself*

4. Mask of Shadows by Linsey Miller

I’ve seen some negative reviews about this book but I still REAAAALLY wanna read it ! I’ve never read a book with a genderfluid main character and it’s about time !

5. Empress of a Thousand Skies by Rhoda Belleza

I have NO idea what this book is about and I intend to get into it knowing exactly that much 😂 I totally didn’t confuse the title with Forest of a Thousand Lanterns, shhh

6. Legend by Marie Lu

I… still didn’t read this… bye.

7. Bright Smoke Cold Fire by Rosamund Hodge

May I simply take an entire second of your life to emphasize on how gorgeous this cover is 💙

8. The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware

My entire opinion on this book is: intriguing…

9. Ivory and Bone by Julie Eshbaugh

I can’t even remember when did I add this to my TBR… But the cover is still so shiny and glittery and OOOOH, woolly mammoth !!

10. Tower of Dawn by Sarah J. Maas

Nuh uh, not a word, I haven’t even read Empire of Storms ! I’m saving then up to binge reread the series along with EoS and ToD soon before the release of the next book, which is, like, next century or something.

What are some of your favorite books with covers that have circles on them ? Did you even know there was such an occasion as Look for Circles Day? Let’s be ridiculous together, please 😂

  1. LOL, interesting. Didn’t know that there was a “Look for Circles” day, but I guess there’s a day for everything haha. I really like the cover to Odd & True. I haven’t heard much about it, but I find the cover to be really appealing and eye-catching. Might have to check it out one day!

    1. There’s a day for everything and then some 😂 I spent maybe 10 minutes trying to figure out if the characters on that cover are real people or drawn. One of ’em looks drawn but the other is so much more realistic ! I scheduled this post maybe two weeks ago, and I still haven’t read Odd and True 😂 Tome Topple creeped up on me xD Currently reading Gemina ! Fingers crossed it doesn’t destroy me to tiny little pieces 😂

      1. Yeah, some of those covers are so realistic, only come to find out they’re drawings instead of photos? I’m amazed by some artists, I tell you haha. Well, whenever you get to Odd & True, I hope you enjoy it haha. GEMINA IS LIFE. I love that book so much. I love that series. Period. Hope you’re loving that one as well!

      2. Understandable 😂 Now that you finished CoB, we can do our dual post and possibly move on to the second! I need to find a hard copy of it first, lol. I REALLY don’t want to use my new paperback version 😣
